Saltire Cross · Burgundy, White
Personalised Hearts Football Flags
Create a Hearts-inspired supporters' flag on our burgundy Saltire template — a white diagonal cross across a deep maroon field.
The burgundy and the white cross are fixed to the template. Your wording, artwork and flag size are yours to decide.
Hearts template. This flag uses a fixed team-inspired design. You can personalise your text and artwork, but the flag colours and layout are preset.
Hearts flag template: a saltire cross in Burgundy, White, shown on a 5 × 3 ft flag. Personalise it with your own text and artwork in the FootballFlags.co designer.
A Deep Field Makes White Pop
Burgundy is dark enough that white lettering reads strongly anywhere on the flag, including over the cross arms themselves. That means you are not restricted to the four clear fields — a single wide line straight across the middle of this flag still stays legible.
Personalisation Without Limits
Add as many text layers as the design needs, each with its own font, colour and size, and drag them into position. Upload artwork or a photograph, scale it, and use the one-tap background remover for a clean cut-out. Nothing you add changes the flag's own colours.
Choosing Between the Three Saltires
We offer the diagonal-cross layout in green, burgundy and red. For a mixed group, the burgundy version reads as the most understated of the three and sits comfortably alongside the others; the red is the boldest and the green the most traditional.
Sizes, Materials and Delivery
Every flag is dye-sublimation printed onto premium fire-retardant polyester, finished with reinforced edges and metal eyelets, and produced in the UK. Six standard sizes are available, and the template you personalise is the same at every one of them.
- Production: 2–3 working days as standard, or 1 working day with express production selected at checkout.
- Delivery: free UK delivery, typically 1–2 days after dispatch.
- Fabric: premium fire-retardant polyester, printed by dye sublimation so the colour bonds into the fabric. A heavyweight upgrade is available at checkout.
- Finish: reinforced edges with metal eyelets fitted as standard, so the flag is ready to hang or tie on arrival.
Hearts Flag FAQs
Can I lighten the burgundy?+
No. The burgundy field is locked so the template stays consistent. Text colours, fonts, artwork and size are all editable.
Does text work over the cross?+
Yes — white text over the white cross will not read, but any other colour will, and the burgundy field gives white text plenty of contrast.
Can I upload a photo of my supporters' club?+
Yes. Upload any image you have the right to use and position it on the flag.
Is a smaller size available?+
The smallest size we print is 3 × 2 ft, which suits an indoor wall or a window.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any football club, and we do not supply club crests, badges or official artwork. The designs on these pages are original geometric layouts built from colour, offered as a starting point for your own personalised flag.
Club names are used to describe the colour scheme a customer may be looking for. If you upload artwork, a badge or a logo, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use it. Where a design may involve a trademark or copyright you do not own, we may need to review the order before it goes to print. Any queries can be raised through our contact page.
